Happy Mother's Day to Me and My Mother.

Supposedly these ugly bonnets were "in style"

side pony...

i'm wearing a pirate shirt...she's wearing shoulder pads...

This mother's day was special because it was my first. Andy made me pancakes and gave me the longest foot rub of my life. Then we got to go to church. I got to watch my adorable primary kids sing the same primary mothers day songs that they have been singing since i was in primary. after church, my family and grandparents came to our house for dinner. this was exciting because we have not been able to just stay home for a holiday in a very looonng time.
happy mothers day. i love my mom.

You look like Cohen when you were a baby. So cute. We need to plan a play date. What day works for you?

Okay. Thanksgivings at your house this year........
Kidding. Happy Mothers Day Jenny. You do it so well. The mom stuff. I was talking with Becky mom and it was mentioned how natural it seems for you. What a fantastic mother (and wife) you are! It's so true. It's a compliment when I say you were born to do this. I'm serious. I admire all that you are and do for Cohen and Andy. I wish I did it as well as you.
You're lucky that you have your mothers genes. She looks exactly the same!!! Lucky Andy.

I love that your mom was hip and in style even in the 80's! I have pictures of me in bonnets as well (what's up with that) and kind of had a mullet! At least you had yours up in a pretty bow!
