Our house is for sale. It's almost sold. We accepted a good offer on it a little over a week ago. Very exciting. We had 5 offers total. It only took 3 weeks to sell! 6 weeks ago we weren't even considering selling our condo. Now it's sold. And we still have no idea where we will be living in 3 weeks. We have some ideas, but nothing is set in stone. This is the most exciting thing that has happened to our family since Ben was born.
I'm going to miss this condo. We lived here exactly 4 years. This is Cohen and Ben's first home. We have a lot of sweet memories here. But we feel its a good time to buy a new house to fix up and make new memories in.
We met the people who bought our condo last week. Super nice family. Who LOVE everything about it. That makes me happy.

We will not be taking the hideous tv with us.

I will miss seeing our boys playing in this room. sigh.
